1. To create your own hair spray rosemary you'll need very few ingredients and its preparation
is quite simple. If you have sprigs of rosemary in your garden, take some and
let them dry in the sun for a couple of days. If
you do not have rosemary at home, you can buy it fresh or already
dried in a herbalist’s shop.
2. Once the rosemary is dry you should try to get a powder by grinding it, for example with
a coffee grinder. With this rosemary powder you have to make an infusion: boil 5
tablespoons of rosemary in 250
ml of water and when the water has reached boiling, turn off the heat. Cover the mixture and let
it cool for 15 minutes.
3. Now your infusion is ready. Once
it has cooled, pour it in an old spray container of 200-250 ml. To
increase the effectiveness of the infusion of rosemary, add 5
drops of pure rosemary essential oil rosemary to it. You can easy find it in herbal
medicine shop. The rosemary essential oil contains all the beneficial substances of this plant. Being highly
concentrated, its addition to the
infusion of rosemary increases
